14-Day Right of Withdrawal (European Union)

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without providing any reason.

Condition of Returned Items

You may inspect and handle the product only to the extent necessary to determine its nature, characteristics and functioning, as you would in a physical store.

To be eligible for a refund, the item should be returned complete, preferably in its original packaging, together with all accessories and, where possible, proof of purchase.

If the product has been used beyond what is necessary to inspect it and its value has diminished as a result, we may reduce the refund accordingly, as permitted by applicable law.

Unless the product is defective, damaged, or delivered incorrectly, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

Non-Returnable Items

The right of withdrawal does not apply where permitted by applicable law, including but not limited to:

• personalized or custom-made products;

• sealed hygiene or personal care products that have been unsealed after delivery;

• goods which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items;

• perishable goods;

• gift cards.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us. The quickest way to receive another product is usually to return the original item and place a new order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will inform you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase within 14 days of receiving your notice of withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you provide evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

The refund includes the purchase price and the standard delivery costs originally paid by you. Any additional costs arising from choosing a delivery method more expensive than our standard delivery option are not refundable.
